Recent CIPD studies showed that between 70% and 90% of development activities make no discernable difference upon organisational performance.
We believe that we know why this is true; conventional ‘training’ attempts to change trainees’ behaviours without addressing their motivation. We work with all of our participants to help them to find the motivation for change as well as introducing the development activities that will give them the competence and confidence to increase their performance at work.
